These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with Whizzink Ltd.
Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.


We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction via secure server. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.


UK deliveries are FREE  there are no hidden charges the price you see is what you pay. All shipping is Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail, although they achieve over 90% next day delivery we will not be held liable in the event of deliveries taking any longer then usual. All deliveries will require a signature.


All items in stock and ordered by 4pm will be processed and despatched the same day, weekend and bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.
Please note that we only deliver to UK postcodes and despatch to the invoice address.


If you have not received your item(s) within seven (7) clear working days of placing your order, please contact us on, with your order details and we will do our upmost to track your order. We recommend making sure a Royal Mail card has not been left or it has not been signed for by a friend or neighbour prior to contacting us.


In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time.

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us. Either telephone us on 01256 840640 or click on returns.


Any goods wishing to be returned / exchanged for any other reason (ie incorrect items ordered) must use the same procedure as per our returns schedule. We request that all returned product(s) are with their original packaging and all returned items will be inspected by our technicians.

The customer will be liable for the cost of all product(s) exchanged or otherwise to be returned with its original packaging along with the original invoice, failure to do so may result in delay of processing.

It is strongly recommended that when returning an item(s) you ask your post office or courier for proof of posting (ie a certificate) as we cannot be held liable for item(s) that are lost in the post.

Products, Prices & Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

Due to different suppliers some goods may sometimes arrive in different packaging to those displayed on our website, all goods delivered will be of the same quality as described in our content and will be covered by our terms and conditions.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for any errors or omissions.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter should not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of F1 Ink / Whizz Ink until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. placing an order, joining our e-mail newsletter or entering a prize draw or competition.

In addition to the Information that you supply to us, information and data may be automatically collected through the use of cookies. Cookies are small files stored within your web browser from our website. Cookies do not collect personal information about you nor do they allow us to access your computer in any way. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 .
